What countries does Care Channels International work in?
Since the year 2000, our work has spread from the Philippines to Indonesia, Timor Leste, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Can I volunteer with Care Channels International or its overseas projects?

If I live outside of Singapore, can I donate to Care Channels International?
Yes you can. You can either do a telegraphic transfer or donate through PayPal.
How does my contribution help?
Your donation supports the programmes and operations of Care Channels, your sponsorship helps children gain access to education, your purchase directly helps the beneficiaries making the products, supporting their livelihood.
How do I know I can trust you with my money?
We are committed to earning and keeping the trust and confidence of our supporters through complete transparency. Integrity is the value that drives the organisation. In addition, our financial and operational activities are routinely monitored by our board of directors and audit committee and our financial statements are audited externally every year.

Are my donations tax-deductible?
No, donations are not tax-deductible.
Shipping and Returns
How long does shipping takes?
For all local orders, we engage SingPost for standard deliveries and it takes 1 to 3 working days. For bulk orders, we engage either TNT (overseas) or Lalamove (local). The products can be delivered within 3 working days. We will contact you and confirm the delivery address and contact information before delivery.
Can I customise the product I am buying?
Yes, you can. With a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per product, you can enjoy free customisation on the order. Additional charges may incur in cases for order quantity lower than 100 pieces.
Do you offer any discount for bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we do. However, discounts vary for different products and different order quantity. Please fill in the enquiry form for more information.
Can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds, we only offer replacement of products, in cases where products are lost or damaged during delivery.
If my parcel is damaged, can I get a refund?
Yes, in cases where the products received are damaged, you can contact us via contact@carechannels.org and send in your photo of the damaged product. We will not be able to perform a refund as we are a non-profit organisation, but we are able to do a 1-for-1 replacement to you for free.
How do I update my personal details?
Log in to ‘My Account’. Click on the ‘My Profile’ to view your personal details. Select ‘Edit’ option (below personal details) for the option you would like to change. You can also log in to “My Account” to change your billing and shipping address under “Address Book”.
