Your donation supports the programmes and operations of Care Channels, your sponsorship helps children gain access to education, your purchase directly helps the beneficiaries making the products, supporting their livelihood.

In addition, our financial and operational activities are routinely monitored by our board of directors and audit committee and our financial statements are audited externally every year.

Shipping and Returns

For all local orders, we engage SingPost for standard deliveries and it takes 1 to 3 working days. For bulk orders, we engage either TNT (overseas) or Lalamove (local). The products can be delivered within 3 working days. We will contact you and confirm the delivery address and contact information before delivery.

Yes, you can. With a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per product, you can enjoy free customisation on the order. Additional charges may incur in cases for order quantity lower than 100 pieces.

Yes, we do. However, discounts vary for different products and different order quantity. Please fill in the enquiry form for more information.

We do not issue refunds, we only offer replacement of products, in cases where products are lost or damaged during delivery.

Yes, in cases where the products received are damaged, you can contact us via and send in your photo of the damaged product. We will not be able to perform a refund as we are a non-profit organisation, but we are able to do a 1-for-1 replacement to you for free.
